Mapalyze offers three public plans designed to grow with your team. This article explains what is included in each plan and helps you choose the right one.

Plan overview

Explorer — Free

The Explorer plan is a free evaluation plan. It is ideal for individuals or very small teams validating Mapalyze with real field data before moving to a paid operational tier.

Includes:

• 2 users
• 1 project
• 2 forms
• 1,000 records total
• 200 MB storage
• GPS point capture
• CSV and GeoJSON export
• PDF reports (10 per month)
• 5 Maia form generations per month

Professional — €35 / user / month

The Professional plan is built for growing teams that need AI capabilities, workflows, spatial analysis, and audit controls.

Includes everything in Explorer, plus:

• Up to 20 users
• Unlimited projects, forms, and records
• 100 GB storage
• 10 offline map regions per user
• All geometry types (points, lines, polygons) and GPS routes
• Conditional logic, calculated fields, repeatable sections and record linking
• CSV, GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML and Excel export
• Task management with Kanban and calendar
• AI face blur and photo OCR
• Voice-to-form fill
• AI photo analysis and anomaly detection

Team — €45 / user / month

The Team plan is for organisations that need enterprise-grade integrations, SSO, custom branding, and dedicated support.

Includes everything in Professional, plus:

• Unlimited offline map regions
• Full REST API and API keys (up to 25)
• single sign-on
• SCIM provisioning
• Custom branding

Annual billing

All paid plans offer annual billing with a 15% discount:

Switching to annual billing takes effect on your next billing date. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.

Choosing the right plan

Choose Explorer if:

• You have 1–2 users evaluating Mapalyze
• You need no more than 1,000 records total while evaluating
• CSV, GeoJSON, and PDF exports are sufficient
• You want to try offline maps (1 region included)

Choose Professional if:

• Your team needs up to 20 users
• You need offline maps across multiple areas, GIS exports or all geometry types
• You need GPS routes, conditional logic or calculated fields
• You need AI features, workflows, or spatial analysis
• You need audit logs, custom roles, or geofencing
• You need scheduled reports

Choose Team if:

• You have a large organisation or enterprise team
• You need single sign-on or SCIM provisioning
• You need API access or ArcGIS integration
• You need custom branding on exports and reports
• Dedicated support and onboarding are important

Free trial

All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all features of the plan you select. No credit card is required to start.

At the end of the trial period:

• If you add a payment method, your subscription begins automatically.
• If you do not add a payment method, your account reverts to the Explorer plan. Your data is preserved, but features above the Explorer tier become unavailable and over-limit creation is frozen until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
