Explorer -- Free

The Explorer plan is free forever and perfect for individuals evaluating Mapalyze or doing light personal data collection.

Includes:

• 1 user
• Up to 5 forms
• Up to 500 records
• Basic field types (text, number, choice, photo, GPS point)
• CSV and GeoJSON export
• Community support

Starter -- €25/month

The Starter plan is designed for small teams getting started with field data collection.

Includes everything in Explorer, plus:

• Up to 5 team members
• Unlimited forms and records
• All field types including signature, barcode, and audio
• Offline mode with automatic sync
• Shapefile and KML export
• Email support with 48-hour response time

Professional -- €35/month

The Professional plan is built for growing teams that need advanced form features and GIS workflows.

Includes everything in Starter, plus:

• Up to 20 team members
• Conditional logic and form versioning
• Project-based access control
• Scheduled automated exports
• Custom PDF reports
• Dashboard builder
• Priority email support with 24-hour response time

Team -- €45/month

The Team plan is designed for organizations that need enterprise-grade control and support.

Includes everything in Professional, plus:

• Unlimited team members
• Roles and permissions with project-level overrides
• Audit trail and activity logs
• Organization-wide policies (required fields, GPS accuracy thresholds)
• Custom branding on exports
• Dedicated support contact
• API access for integrations

Annual billing

All paid plans offer annual billing at a 15% discount:

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your subscription settings.

Choosing the right plan

Here are some guidelines to help you decide:

Choose Explorer if:

• You are a single user testing Mapalyze
• You have basic data collection needs with fewer than 500 records
• You do not need offline sync or team collaboration

Choose Starter if:

• You have a small team of up to 5 people
• You need offline mode for field work
• You need to export data in multiple GIS formats

Choose Professional if:

• Your team is growing beyond 5 members
• You need conditional logic for dynamic forms
• You want automated exports and custom reports
• You need project-based organization for your data

Choose Team if:

• You have a large or enterprise-scale team
• You need granular role-based permissions
• Compliance and audit trails are important for your organization
• You need API access for custom integrations

Free trial

All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the plan you select. No credit card is required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period:

• If you add a payment method, your subscription begins automatically.
• If you do not add a payment method, your account reverts to the Explorer (free) plan. Your data is preserved, but features beyond the Explorer tier are disabled.
