1. In-app deletion

Mapalyze users can delete their account directly in the app from Profile > Privacy > Delete account.

You can also contact info@mapalyze.com if you cannot access the app.

2. What is deleted

The process removes account access and contact details, revokes active sessions, deactivates trusted devices, and soft-deletes the authentication identity.

3. What remains

Mapalyze is a B2B geospatial operations platform. Organization-owned operational records, evidence, jobs, reports, required audit history, and historical actor-name attribution therefore remain with the organization for business, contractual, safety, and compliance traceability.

If you are the last active owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership or close that organization before deletion can complete.
