Mapalyze offers a full refund on any purchase made through our website within 14 days of the original transaction date, no questions asked. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record, and refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund on any purchase made through the Mapalyze website within 14 days of the original transaction date. This applies to all paid subscriptions, whether monthly or annual. No justification is required — if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Free Trial
Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial where indicated on our Pricing page. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the end of the trial, your account is automatically converted to the free Explorer plan and no charge is made.
3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions to Mapalyze. This means Paddle is the party with whom you enter into the purchase transaction and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund handling. Refund requests are processed by Paddle to your original payment method in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, you may either (a) contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the order ID from your confirmation email, or (b) email us at info@mapalyze.com with your order ID and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf. Refunds within the 14-day window are granted automatically without further questions.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is initiated through Paddle, funds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued. International transfers and certain payment methods may take slightly longer.
