Explorer gives you 1 user, 1 project, 3 forms, 1,000 total records, 200 MB storage, offline mode, point geometry capture, and CSV export. It's designed to let you evaluate Mapalyze with real field data before committing to a paid plan. No time limit, no credit card required.
Are there per-device fees or hidden costs?
No. Pricing is per user, not per device. One user can log in from their phone, tablet, and desktop without additional charges. The price you see is the price you pay — no device limits, no overage fees, no surprise escalations.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated. If you downgrade, existing data is preserved — you just won't be able to create new resources beyond the lower plan's limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of that plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose to subscribe or your account falls back to Explorer.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Save 15% with annual billing on any paid plan. Contact our sales team for annual pricing details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. You can export everything at any time in open formats (CSV, GeoJSON, Shapefile). After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 90 days so you can complete your export. If you downgrade to Explorer, your data is preserved (read-only if over limits).
